El seminario se centrará en analizar los cambios introducidos por la automación (ej. Inteligencia artificial, robótica) en el trabajo y en la organización
laboral en la contemporaneidad (idioma: inglés)

 

Marta Fana es doctora en Economía por SciencesPo París. Ha trabajado como economista en el JRC de Sevilla en el equipo de “Empleo” de la
Unidad de Innovación, Productividad, Cualificaciones y Empleo. Sus intereses de investigación como economista del trabajo se centran en la relación entre los vectores de innovación, el empleo y los procesos laborales, los efectos de las reformas estructurales en los mercados de trabajo, el impacto de la fragmentación de la producción en el trabajo y el empleo, así como la dinámica de las clases sociales desde una perspectiva clásica. Sus trabajos de investigación se han publicado en revistas académicas internacionales como Structural Change and Economic Dynamics, Socio-Economic Review, Labour Economics y European Journal of Industrial Relations.
